Spans Gable and Skillion Roof Designs

Heights From 2.1M to 4.2M
Bays 3.0M to 3.5M but can be varied up to 6.0M or 7.0M with a header beam
Wind Rating To AS1170.2:2002
Roof Pitch

Gable Roof from 10 to 32.5 degrees

Skillion Roof from 5 degrees to any.


All of the above sizes are now available in three (3) different frame designs, but all using Topspan Purlins & Girts .

1. "T" Series - Hi -Tensile screws to connection plates

2. "A" Series - Bolted connection plates.

3. "W" Series - Welded connection plates.

Gable & Skillion Roof Designs

From 6.0M to 15.0M
Heights From 3.0M to 6.0M
Bays Standard is 4.5M but can be varied up to 9.0M with a header beam
Wind Rating To AS1170.2:2002
Roof Pitch Gable Roof from 10 to 32.5 degrees.

Skillion Roof from 5 degrees to any.


All of the above sizes are now available in two(2) different frame designs, but all using Zed Purlins & Girts .

1. Cold Formed "C" Section Portal Frame design.

2. Fully Bolted Portal Frame Connection.

 Industrial / Rural Range
Spans Gable & Skillion Roof Designs

From 6.0M to 60.0M
Heights From 3.0M to 9.0M
Bays Standard is 6.0M but can be varied up to 12.0M with a header beam.
Wind Rating To AS1170.2:2002
Roof Pitch Gable Roof from 10 to 32.5 degrees.

Skillion Roof from 5 degrees to any.


All of the above sizes are now available in four (4) different frame designs, but all using Zed Section Purlins & Girts.

1. Cold Formed "C" Section Portal Frame design to 30M span.


2. UB Columns with "C" Section Rafters to 30M  span.


3. UB Columns and Open Web Joist Rafters to 60M span.


4. Full UB Columns and Rafters to 60M span (Can be optional with Monorail or Crane Beams).
